About the LifeFlight Charity Weekend
Glenelg Station proudly hosts its annual Easter charity weekend in support of LifeFlight, helping raise vital funds for this life saving service across Queensland.
Set across more than 9000 acres of historic countryside, the weekend brings together riders, hikers and members of the community for a unique outback experience.
Guests can enjoy working sheep dog demonstrations, shearing, whip cracking, trail riding, a charity hike, campfire gatherings and an exciting evening of entertainment and auction fundraising.

Participants are welcome to stay on site and enjoy the full Glenelg Station experience across the weekend.
Camping facilities are available for riders and hikers, with participants encouraged to bring portable horse yards where possible.
A limited number of rooms may also be available in the historic shearers quarters.
Ride the Glenelg Station Charity Weekend
Horse riders, saddle up for the traditional Glenelg Station BYO Horse Trail Ride and Cattle Muster, supporting LifeFlight’s vital life saving missions across Queensland.
Ride for two unforgettable days across more than 9000 acres of historic Glenelg Station, experiencing beautiful countryside, creek crossings and hilltop views while being fully catered throughout the weekend.
This is the complete Glenelg Station experience, bringing together riders, entertainment, campfire gatherings and a lively charity auction evening.

Enjoy the Glenelg Station landscape on foot with a scenic 10 km Good Friday hike, including morning tea and lunch along the trail.

Join the Friday evening fundraising event featuring live entertainment, bush poetry, demonstrations and a lively charity auction, all supporting LifeFlight.
